This makes a nice small lunch or you can use it as appetizers for a big meal
2 cups cooked diced lobster
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 hard boiled egg
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp anchovy paste
Mix lobster with half of the crumbs. Chop egg finely and add to the lobster with the lemon juice. Melt butter and blend in flour, add milk and cook till thickened stirring constantly. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and anchovy paste. Mix well with lobster mixture and fill greased ramekins or those cute little scallop shells for this purpose. Top with remaining crumbs and brown at 375 degres about 15 minutes. Serves 6
