A different creamy onion dip

Blend 1 1/2 cups sour cream and 2 tbsp onion soup mix. Stir in 2 oz blue cheese crumbles and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Serve with potato chips!~ Makes 2 cups

The first time I saw this recipe I wasn't real sure of it ,but since the first time I'd made it and found out it isn't bad at all it became a keeper for special occasions!

Blue cheese, gorgonzola, and the like are cheeses that you either like or dislike. I don't think there is a middle ground.

You're right; I usually don't like blue cheese at all, but in this recipe it seems okay

I've never known anyone who disliked blue cheese who could eat it in anything.
