This is great over waffles or pancakes!:D

In a small saucepan stir together 3 tbsp sugar and 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch. Stir in 3 tbsp water till well mixed. Add 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Slightly crush the berries. Makes 3/4 cup sauce

I love blueberries! I am not supposed to have the sugar, so I end up having to eat the blueberries fresh or frozen. But, this sounds excellant for those who can have the sugar and want something blueberry-y to pour over something. I bet it's good on ice cream too.

I haven't used it on ice cream, but I bet it would be good on the too, thanks for the idea! My wild blueberry bushes are getting ready, but my plants I bought from the nursery this year will take a few years to produce. The wild ones taste fine , but the berries are so small!
