Amaretto Freeze

1/3 cup amaretto
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 quart vanilla ice cream
whipped cream
maraschino cherries

Combine amaretto and brown sugar, stir till sugar dissolves. Combine ice cream and amaretto mixture in blender and process till smooth. Pour into 6 individual freezer-proof dishes and freeze. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries before serving. 6 servings

This one makes a great "company" dessert for adults especially when you have drop in guests and don't have a dessert prepared!
