2 pounds round steak(Or minute steaks)
prepared mustard
all purpose flour
olive oil
onions to cover steak, sliced
1 10 1/2 oz can golden mushroom soup
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 4oz can mushrooms pepper to taste
Spread prepared mustard on both sides of meat. Flour both sides. Brown in oil on both sides. Slice onions over top of meat. Mix soups, mushrooms and liquid. Add water as desired. Pour over meat and simmer 45 minutes or till tender. Season with pepper. 6 Servings
