1 1/4 oz pkg. active dry yeast
3/4 cup milk, scalded
3/4 cup very warm water
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups self rising flour
In large bowl dissolve yeast in warm milk and water mixture. Stir in sugar, oil and salt. Add flour and mix well. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 425 degres about 15 minutes or till brown. Tops may be brushed with butter before baking. Makes 12- 18 rolls
