2 to 4 squirrels
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp ground sage
1 bay leaf
10 to 15 unbaked biscuits

Pressure cook the squirrels till tender. Take squirrels from broth, reserving broth. Add water to broth to equal 2 cups liquid. Remove meat from bones and place meat in a 9" square dish. Make a thin white sauce of flour, butter and reserved liquid; add salt, parsley, sage and bay leaf. Pour sauce over meat and top with biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. This works well with squirrels that are too old to fry. Makes 10 servings
