1 pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2 tbsp margarine
1/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
2 tbsp grated Romano cheese
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs, crumbled
Open biscuits and separate. Melt margarine in small skillet and combine potato flakes, cheese and herbs on a piece of wax paper. Dip biscuits first into butter then into seasoned potato flakes. Arrange biscuits topping side up on a small cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or till golden.
These are a good go with when you grill out.
