With the "season" starting here's a good drink for when you can get these at a reasonable price!
4 cups seeded watermelon cubes
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 cup club soda
In food processor bowl with metal blade combine watermelon, lemonade and lime juice and process till smooth. In a 2 quart pitcher combine watermelon puree and club soda and stir. Serve immediately over ice. Makes 4 ( 1 cup) servings:cool:
