1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp garlic pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin

In small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle on 6 servings of chicken, turkey, beef, pork, shrimp or fish. Grill or broil as desired. 6 servings

I always leave off the cumin as it does not settle well with me.

Do you substitute something else for it or just omit it it altogether?

I omit it altogether in all my recipes. However, I never measure either. :D
