This is wonderful over ice cream!
8 oz semi sweet chocolate
1/4 cup peppermint schnapps
1/2 cup whipping cream
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix in schnapps and whipping cream. Heat through; serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups
