This can be cooked on top of a camp stove, in an oven or even at home. What is nice about this is that it can be set on low and kept warm till the last camper has eaten.
5 pounds ground beef
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup vinegar
2 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp liquid smoke
Shape the ground beef into patties and over lap them in a Dutch oven. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Heat to boiling and pour over the patties. Cook slowly till done. Serves 8 to 12
