This recipe is from Stoney's Restaurant in Mankato, Minnesota
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour, divided
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup margarine, melted
In a bowl combine sugar, 1 tbsp flour and cinnamon. Add rhubarb and toss. Place in a greased 13 x 9x 2" dish. In a bowl combine brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and remaining flour and stir in butter. Sprinkle over rhubarb and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or till rhubarb is tender. 10 servings
