Fudge Walnut Bars
2 1/3 cups chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup butter
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Slenda, Equal, or Stevia
Melt butter and cream cheese. Mix in designer protein and Splenda. This will be stiff and hard to stir (knead with clean hands if needed.) Add walnuts and mix again. Place in greased 8X8 inch bread pan. Cool. Cut into 8 servings.
I found some good protein powder at the health food store.
