Clampett Tater Casserole

This is a recipe from Dorothy & Buddy Ebsen from "The Beverly Hillbillies" It is really good!


1 - 1 1/2 pound bag shredded has h brown potatoes
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 8 oz carton plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of broccoli soup
1 tsp butter, melted
1/2 pkg. seasoned poultry stuffing
1/4 cup melted butter

Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and 1/4 cup butter. Place the mixture in a 9 x 13" baking dish. Toss stuffing with the butter and sprinkle the crumbs over the casserole. Bake uncoered at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 300 minutes. 8 Servings

The first time I saw this recipe it reminded me of the cracker barrel recipe, but it is slightly different flavor and then the additon of the stuffing changes it from that one, but it's good!

I could eat almost anything (notice I said almost) if stuffing was involved in the recipe! LOL
