Seasoning mix:
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp sage
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tbsp thyme
1 tsp pepper
Mix ingredients and set aside.
To make stuffing:
Melt 4 T unsalted butter. Saute 1/2c. minced onion and 1/2 cup chopped celery until tender. Add vegetables to 4 cups dried bread cubes.
Add 1/2 c. water and 21/2 tsp of poultry seasoning to the bread
mixture and toss. Cover with foil and bake for about 35 minutes at 350°F.
Uncover the dish and allow it to bake a little longer until the stuffing has a golden look to it. 4 servings
