These are easy to make and can be altered to your liking.
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic
1/2 small onion, diced
To make to your taste, you can also add chili powder and cumin for a taco-like flavor.
Large lettuce leaves.
Brown beef and seasonings with onion until brown. Drain. Fill lettuce leaves with meat mixture. You can either fold in half like a taco or roll like a sandwich wrap.
