2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 salmon (4 oz each)
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth

Line a small baking pan with foil and coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine syrup, soy sauce and garlic. Place fillets skin side down on prepared oan. Brush half of the syrup mixture over salmon. Broil 6 inches from heat for 7 moinutes. Brush with remaioning syrup mixture. Broil 6-8 minutes longer or till fish flakes easy with fork.
To make this into a casserole dish to reheat later simply place the cooked salmon on top of rice pilaf or Mushroom Couscous and reheat as a casserole in the microwave with microwave safe plastic wrap encasing the entire plate. I fix these some times ahead in the morning before going outside for the day and it is soooo simple to have a nice hot meal after you come inside for the night and don't feel like cooking. Serves 2

This sounds really good! I've never had Salmon made with this sort of marinade.

When I make it, I usually use a Citrus seasoning blend that I have or butter, lemon and dill.

Salmon is one thing that my whole family will eat so I'm going to try this one on them. Thanks for sharing!!
