1 ( 10oz) pkg. thin crust Italian bread shell
1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size strips
1/2 cup teriyaki BBQ sauce
1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup onion, sliced into rings
4 oz shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place bread shell on ungreased large cookie sheet. Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook and stir 3 minutes or till no longer pink. Remove from heat and stir in BBQ sauce. Spoon over bread shell and spread to within 1/2" of edge. Top with bell pepper and onion. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or till heated. 6 servings
