Eggnog

In a blender, add 2-3 eggs (depending on how eggy you like youe eggnog) I like mine pretty eggy), 1/3 cup or sugar (can use Spenda, Equal, or Stevia if desired), 1 t vanilla, 1 qt milk, and a dash of nutmeg. Blend on high until frothy. Enjoy!

Here's the one I used to make for the boys when they were little; it only makes 3 or 4 servings so we had it often when they just wanted a couple glasses of it.

2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tsp sugar
dash vanilla
nutmeg

Combine milk, eggs and sugar in a blender and whirl till frothy. Flavor with vanilla and sprinkle with nutmeg.

CHOCOLATE EGGNOG

Just flavor the above with chocolate syrup to taste and put a scoop of ice cream in each cup.


FRUIT EGGNOG

To every 1 cup prepared eggnog add 1/2 cup orange-pineapple OR orange apricot juice and belnd well.
