This is a quick soup for when you want something a little different
3/4 cup water
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 ( 10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Bring water to a boil in a large pan and add broccoli. Cover and reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in soup and milk. Cook over medium heat stiring constantly till heated. Stir in pepper and then serve. Top each serving with the parmesan cheese. Makes 1 quart
