5 medium potatoes
1 small onion, sliced
pepper to taste
1 8 oz btl. zesty Italian salad dressing
Cut each potato into five slices. Place onion in between slices and sprinkle with pepper. Reassemble each potato and put on a double layer of foil. Pour 2 -4 tbsp salad dressing over each potato and wrap foil around each potato and seal tightly. Grill, covered about 50 -60 minutes or till potatoes are tender. 5 servings
