ISO copycat recipe for Carbquick low carb baking mix

Does anyone have a copycat recipe for the low carb baking mix called Carbquick? I found one for the Atkins low carb baking mix but the Carbquik doesnt use soy and I'm not sure I would like the soy in the atkins copycat recipe, as well.

Yummy, I am lowcarbing as well. I have tried making things low-carb with the soy with very different results. I am going to school soon. When I get back, I will see what I have.

I found CarbQuick stuff at Big Lots for pretty cheap--but this was a while back. Not sure if they still have it or not.

After reading more on it I think its made with a special thing or process so i'll prolly have to just buy it.
