CAKE
2/3 cup salad dressing (miracle whip)\1 -2 layer spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
FROSTING
1/2 cup spread (any margarine spread)
1/2 tsp run extract
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend salad dressig, cake mix, and eggs at low speed with an electric mixer till moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread into a greased 13 x 9" pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes or till toothpick tests clean. Cool.
Blend spread and extract together. Gradually add sugar, beating at high speed with an electric mixer till light and fluffy. Spread over cake.
