2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 croissants
1 tbsp margarine

In a pie plate mix sugar, and cinnamon and whisk in eggs, milk and vanilla. Cut croissants in half horizontally and place in egg mixture. Let soak a few minutes. In skillet melt margarine over medium high heat. Add croissants; brown on both sides. Serve immediately and sprinkle with confectioners sugar and fresh strawberries 2 servings

MMM, going to have to get some croissan rolls, which I love anyways.
so often my dh and I eat bkfast foods at lunch or supper instead of bkfast since we are not that big of bkfast eaters.

These are so nice and flaky because of using crossiants; but DH can't eat those any longer so it is a recipe I had to put in the back of my file!:mad:
