This recipe is from The Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill in Harrodsburg, KY
1 1/2 pounds pork sausage
9 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
3 slices bread, cut into 1/8" cubes
Brown sausage and drain. Spread in a 9 x 13 x 2" pan. Mix all other ingredients and spread over sausage; cover pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees, and cut into squares to serve. 8servings
