1/2 cup plain yogurt
egg substitute equal to one egg
6 large fresh strawberries
1 medium banana, peeled and chunked
1 to 2 tbsp honey
2 tsp toasted wheat germ
Place all ingredients in a 5 cup bowl. Cover and beat at high speed till smopth, about 15 to 60 seconds. Pour into a 12 ounce glass and serve. Makes one 12 ounce servings
