2 pkgs. lite silken tofu, firm
3/4 cup honey
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
In food processor whip tofu till smooth. Heat honey 90 seconds in microwave. Pour over cocoa powder and stir till smooth. Add vanilla. Add chocolate mixture to tofu and continue blending about 1 minute. Pour into a premade pie shell or you can use custard cups and chill about 2 hours.
