the coupons are good ideas, but the grocery stores in my area will not accept coupons from the internet

Several places won't use them and the reason I was told by one grocery manager is that people have made copies of the same coupon over and over and even changed the expiration dates therefore the store never collects their money from the manufacturer. Some people spoil all the fun for everyone!:mad:

I haven't had any problems with using printed coupons so far. Of course, that may change at any moment. :( I like going to coolsavings.com. They generally have some good coupons there.

I've had about 50-50 luck with using printed coupons. And some of the places that will take them won't double them even though they don't specifiy "not for doubling". It's so silly that everyone else has to be subjected to these rules because some dishonest people created a problem. Bummer!

I agree about having to be subjected to some rules because someone abuses the "system." Although I haven't actually had anyone tell me they wouldn't accept the printed coupons, I have had a couple of people look at me funny. Go figure!

What I'm afraid is going to be the "norm" down the road is that printed at home coupons are going to be the only coupons available; then some of us will really be in trouble!
