If you like the taste of potato bread give this one a try; it's a soft moist bread.
1 cup water (70 to 80 degreees)
1 tbsp sugar
4 1/2 tsp margarine
1 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup cooked whire rice, cooled
In bread machine pan, place the first six ingredients in order according to your manufacturer. Select basic setting and choose crust color and 1 1/2 pound size.Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing and add 1 to 2 tbsp of water if needed. Pat rice with paper towels till dry. Just before the final kneading (most machines have a sound signal); add the rice.
