3 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup olive oil
7 cups torn romaine
In a blender combine vinegar, cheese and garlic powder; cover and blend till combined. While blending gradually add oil in a steady stream. Place romaine in a salad bowl and drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately. 6-8 servings
