1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
6 cups sugar
6 cups peeled and grated zucchini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 6 oz pkg. apricot gelatin
Mix all ingredients except gelatin, boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Cool, and freeze in freezer containers. Makes 8 pints
