1 can black beans
1 can yellow corn
1 can diced green chilies
1 bottle/can green taco sauce
flour tortillas (10 or so)
shredded vegan cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine beans, corn and chilies in a bowl.Fill tortillas with mixture and place in a medium Pyrex pan.Cover with taco sauce and sprinkle with cheese if you choose.Bake for 20 to 30 min.
Serves: 5-7
