7 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 13 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
2 13 oz cans chili beans
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cook potatoes till tender. Drain potatoes but reserve 2 cups liquid in the pot. Add cream of mushroom soup. Mix in onion, chili beans, garlic salt and pepper, and let simmer about 30 minutes. Add cheese and serve. 6- 8 servings

Sounds good. I'll have to add this to my soup collection for when I am no longer low-carbing it.

It's a good cold day soup; the potatoes really help hold in the heat!

I won't be low-carbing it by winter too.
