1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tube (12 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/4 cup margarine, melted
10 tsp strawberry preserves
In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip top and side of biscuits in margarine, then in cinnamon sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets. With the end of wooden spoon handle make an indentation in the center of each biscuit and fill with 1 tsp preserves. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or till golden. Cool for 15 minutes before serving. 10 servings
