3 lbs chicken breast
1 lb red potatoes cut into chunks
3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Put chicken into a greased 13 x 9" pan. Arrange potatoes around the chicken and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or till potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked. 4 servings
