1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp parsley, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 (15 oz) cans OR cooked pinto beans, rinsed & drained
2/3 cup salsa
In a large pan saute onion, garlic and parsley in oil till tender. Stir in the beans and salsa and heat. 6 servings
