View Full Version : Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 (6 1/2 oz) cans water packed tuna, drained
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
10 oz pkg. noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 cup sliced almonds


Combine first five ingredients and fold in noodles. Pour into a greased slow cooker. Top with almonds. Cover and cook on LOW 7 - 9 hours OR HIGH 3 - 4 hours. Makes 6 servings

I've never seen tuna casserole in a crockpot. Excellant idea.

I got your tuna recipe to my friend's mom this weekend so waiting to hear that he makes it, will let you know what he thought of it when I hear form him!

Thanks. I personally add extra onion and some roasted garlic to mine.

I will add things here and there from time to time, just depends on what I have around and if it is just DH and me. The recipe I posted is the basic.
