Here are a couple of quick and easy fruit salads that great once the weather gets hot and you don't want to spend lots of time "cooking"!

Ginger Ale Fruit Cocoktail 10 to 12 servings
1 21 oz can fruit ****tail
1 21 oz can grapefruit sections (You can use fresh)
1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits
2 bananas, sliced Ginger Ale

In a pretty bowl combine all ingredients and refrigerate till serving time. Don't go way ahead though because of the bananas.

Fruit Salad 4 to 6 servings

1 cantaloupe, diced
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 oz creme de banana

In serving bowl combine cantaloupe, bananas, marshmallows, and pecans. In a separate bowl blend the mayonnaise and creme de banana together. Toss the dressing with the fruit.

Enjoy!
