I have no idea how this got this name, but it sure is good!
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp margarine
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
dash of papper
1 10 ounce pkg, frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Saute onion in margarine. Combine eggs, milk and pepper, stir in onion, broccoli and cheese. Pour into a 9" pie plate that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes or till set. Serve immediately. 6 servings
