If you love BLT's you will love this!

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp each garlic powder & onion powder
2 cups arugula, chopped and stems removed
18 slices cooked bacon, cooled and crumbled
4 tomatoes, diced fine

Combine the first four ingredients, cover and chill at least 5 hours, up to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour ahead of serving time and right before serving stir in arugula, bacon and tomatoes.

I think I will try this. What do you dip in this?

I myself like to use melba toast, just the plain type, but one of my SIL like to use bread sticks. I suppose any type of cracker would work also. I've made this in the past and just used it as a lunch for a week when I was working.

I may try it on veggies since I just went on a low-carb diet.

I' sure it will be good on almost anything! Even as a dip for little grape tomatoes!

Oh I do too! Once they really start coming in from the garden I even like tomato sandwiches; mayonnaise with sliced tomatoes on whole grain bread, yum-yum!

I got some grape tomatoes today and had them in my taco salad. Yum!

I don't know why, but so far those are the only ones that are ripening in my garden and these are early for here!
