Drain a can of large asparagus; beat 2 eggs. Dip stalks of asparagus in eggs and then in flour or cracker crumbs. Fy in hot oil.

I never thought of frying this.

I love to take fresh asparagus and grill it.

I just tried asparagus for the first time yesterday. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was. It doesn't have a strong flavor. Now I'll have to try more recipes that include it.

The main thing is that you don;t get down too far where it is stringy. That is why I LOVE the tips! they are so yum- yum!

These were in a TV dinner, so I am sure the tips, cooked right, would be better.
