A wonderful take on soft sugar cookies!
Very easy for kids to make!
1 box confetti cake mix--or white cake mix and sprinkles
2 eggs
1/2C oil
Mix altogether, batter will be stiff. Grease cookie sheet ( I spray with Pam). Preheat oven to 350*
Roll cookie dough into small balls and then flatten with bottom of a cup. Dont add sugar or anything on top as these are already really sweet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn slightly brown. Let cool on sheet for a few minutes before removing to racks.
