These are so good and so easy to make!
1 box spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2C oil
1C or more raisins (soak raisins in hot water to plump--drain well)
Mix first 3 together in bowl. Stir in raisins. Drop by tablespoon onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350*
Let cool on cookie sheet before removing to racks. Ice with vanilla icing if desired.
