View Full Version : 5 Minute Blueberry Skillet Jam

1 pint blueberries, mashed
2 tbsp powdered fruit pectin
1/2 tsp margarine
1 cup sugar
In 12" skillet heat blueberries, pectin, and margarine over medium high heat, stirring constantly till mixture boils. Stir in sugar; heat to boiling and boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Pour jam into two 1/2 pint jars with tight fitting lids. Cover and refrigerate till jam is set and cold, about 6 hours. Keep jam refrigerated and use within 3 weeks. Makes about 2 cups.

This is really good and easy to make when the blueberries are in season and makes nice gifts!
