Milk Madness

:p This is one cool way to get your kids to drink milk and easy enough that they can put it together!

1 cup cold milk
2 tbsp gelatin, any flavor except lemon

Pour 1 cup of cold milk into a 1 quart shaker. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of gelatin over milk. Put lid on the shaker and make sure it is on tight. Shake very hard for at least 1 minute. Open shaker and pour into glass. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving

does this work with sugar free geletin too? Just curious. Maybe I'll try it tomorrow to see.

Works just fine with it! I substitute sugar free in almost everything!
