Creamy Juice Pops
These treats make a perfect dessert for the kids at your cookout.
Prep: 10 minutes
Freeze: 4 hours
2/3 cup boiling juice, any flavor
1 package (4-serving size) Jello-0 Brand Gelatin, any flavor
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup cold juice, any flavor
Ice Cubes
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
6 (5-ounce) paper cups
6 wooden pop sticks
STIR boiling juice into gelatin and sugar in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Mix cold juice and ice to make 2/3 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
STIR in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Pour into paper cups. Insert wooden pop stick into each for handle.
FREEZE 4 hours or overnight until firm. To remove pop from cup, place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottom of cup to release pop. (Do not twist or pull pop stick.) Store leftover pops in freezer.
