2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 large onion, chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
dash worcestershire sauce
crackers
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a souffle dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.

Is it in Las Cruces itself or La Mesilla? Most of the good restaurants are in La Mesilla. I am leaving to go back there tomorrow and I will check the phone book when I go back. Do you know what kind of restaurant it is? Also, will this fall as easily as other souffles? I LOVE shrimp!

Actually in the heart of Las Cruces if it is still there. It is a Bed and Breakfast.

I'll have to look it up. La Mesilla is kind of part of Las Cruces, even though it is a different town. It is more of a historic community with mostly restaurants, wine tasting festivals, balloon festivals, and so on. It even has a haunted restaurant. I live in Las Cruces, but when I have had trouble with my cell phone the company "sees" that I live in La Mesilla because I only live a 1/4 of a mile from it. Las Cruces is in Mesilla Valley, so it gets confusing. LOL
Anyway, I will let you know sometime this week if it is still there.

I usually have pretty good luck with souffles so I'm probably not the person to ask! LOL
I understand about the "where are you thing". We actually live closer to Mifflin, but our address is Taswell, and our mail comes from the English post office! Gotta love these small cities!

I have never cooked a souffle because of the horror stories I've heard. LOL That's why I asked.
