This is good and I like to fix it and keep it in the refrigerator in the summer; then just add the ice cream & milk per serving.
4 cups brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar (I use a sugar sub)
4 cups milk
4 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
In a container combine coffee and sugar and stir till sugar dissolves. Refrigerate at this point. Just before serving pour into a punch bowl add milk; mix well and top with ice cream scoops.
