1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp caraway seeds
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp cold better
1 egg
1 tbsp haf and half
In a bowl combine first six ingredients. Cut in butter till mixture resembels coarse crumbs. Stir in egg and cream just till moistened. Drop biscuits into four mounds 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 10-12 minutes and remove to wire rack to cool. 4 biscuits
